The service we received from staff was exceptional. John at the front desk was absolutely phenomenal and very personable. I liked the modern look and feel of the hotel. In addition, needing to scan your room card to access the hotel and use the elevator added an additional level of security which I appreciated. The breakfast bowl option was different and it was good as well. Lastly, the location was perfect! I had an amazing stay and would recommend staying here. It will definitely be my go to the next time I visit Chicago!

I came in early and was allowed to check in an hour early. The Suite is spacious, very clean full of amenities. I loved this room! The free breakfast was wonderful. This hotel is near everything and I’m walking distance, bike renting is to the right of the hotel.,I will be back! I had a great 3 night stay!!

PARKING IS NOT ON SITE AND $50 A DAY! Thought I was getting a good deal, but ended up with hidden charges. Yes, parking is technically available but you have to walk around the block and pay an additional $50 a day. The free complementary breakfast is also not great, just a fridge full of frozen egg sandwiches that you have to microwave. The rooms were big and came with kitchenette but fridge didn’t work and basically just slept with a top sheet. All in all it was a decent location, and service, but you get what you pay for. It was essentially a high-end motel.

Stayed for 3 nights, excellent location, literally 12-30 mins away walking from everything you can possibly do, such as Michigan ave, sky deck, navy pier, Giordano’s pizza. Front desk staff John was outstanding, always with a smile on his face and ready to make sure our requests were being taken care of. This hotel has a small but very cozy outside seating area with a fire pit. Breakfast was perfect, fresh good quality waffles as you can do as many as you want, options such as omeletes, bagels, cereals, bread, muffins, coffee, really good orange juice, I mean, what else can you ask for in an included breakfast.

Stayed for spontaneous family getaway. They have clean rooms, and we received a great room refresh upon request. Views from the 16th floor (city view suite) were very nice, especially at night! The breakfast was standard fare and plentiful- wider selection of whole fruits would’ve been the icing on the cake. All of the staff were friendly and professional. The greatest selling point for me was the LOCATION!! Literally a short walking distance from the Mag Mile, near the River North design district, and surrounded by endless great places to dine. There was also a movie scene being filmed right next door- that was pretty cool. It’s a great area! Nice hotel for our getaway!

We stayed here for three nights. Our room was clean, we had a nice view IMO, were pretty close to all the places we wanted to go and the price was very reasonable. Nice neighborhood too, lots of restaurants within walking distance. We asked for extra linens and towels several times and got them promptly. Toba the concierge was really nice and very accommodating. He let us check our bags several hours before our actual check in and even offered to store them after we checked out. The breakfast was good with a better variety than we anticipated but you do want to get there as early as possible. The staff was hustling to keep items stocked during the early half of breakfast hours but slowed down considerably the closer it got to closing time which is to be expected. We would definitely stay here again.
